Provide your account username or the email address associated with your account.
Make sure to contact us from the same email address associated with your account at Prelaunch.com.
What Happens Next?
Once we receive your request, our support team will process it and confirm the deletion. Please note that data deletion requests may take up to 30 days to complete, in accordance with GDPR regulations. We will notify you once your account and data have been successfully removed.
Important Notice
After your account and data are deleted, all reservations made and any projects you have created will also be permanently deleted. Please ensure you have saved any necessary information before submitting your request.
