Congratulations!
Lots of comments on your product is a great sign. It means your product has encouraged thinking about a problem — you’ve touched a nerve. This is even the case if comments aren’t all positive.
In most cases, this means you’re bringing a highly relevant audience who wants to engage with you and your brand in the creation process. Have a look through the comments and see what value you can gain from them:
Product suggestions — are lots of people suggesting similar changes? Consider taking these suggestions into account as you continue to iterate on your product.
Questions — sometimes something that seemed obvious to you while you were designing your product, isn’t as obvious to your visitors. Consider adding these answers to your main page, or editing the copy to make these answers more immediately obvious.
Criticism — this one can be hard to deal with, but take a deep breath and listen to what people are saying. If everyone is of the same critical opinion, maybe you need to go back to the drawing board and tackle these fundamental issues before moving forward.
Always make sure to engage your commenters by replying to them actively. A lack of Creator engagement in discussions is a sure-fire way to discourage others from joining you.
